On Monday I slept 16 hours. On Tuesday I slept 8 and on Wednesday I slept 5. Today I woke up at 11. ELEVEN people! That's 10 hours of sleep! This whole jet lag thing is KILLING ME! I can' seem to get my body back on track. My hubby is sleeping all normally and making me EXTREMELY jealous every night when we lay down to sleep and he actually falls a sleep. I just sit there and stare at the ceiling. Thank goodness for Real Simple to keep me company:) Anyways, does anyone have any suggestions on how to beat this crazy jet lag??!
