A Whim Events Creation
When I was pregnant I was lucky enough to have an amazing group of fellow photographers and friends throw me a surprise baby shower. I was completely shocked and overwhelmed at the incredible thought that went into throwing such a fun party for me and the babe! So when my friend Kendra's due date started to quickly approach I wanted to be able to do the same thing for her.
I contacted my friends, Moira and Natalie, the fabulous duo at Whim Events, and asked if they'd be interested in co-hosting a shower for Kendra. Being dear friends of Kendra's they quickly jumped on board and immediately put their talents to use. When I arrived at Natalie's home the morning of the shower I was absolutely blown away by the "simple" shower they created. It was so adorable and just perfect for Kendra!!

We successfully surprised and showered the mama to be and had a great time doing so! Despite the desperately hot temperatures (we're talking heat warning hot) we managed to enjoy every minute of our time together. I can't wait to meet this little bundle of joy soon!!How incredible are these details?! Natalie and Moira really outdid themselves!! Even the favors were tiny baby food jars filled with flowers, amazing!!The onesie station was my favorite!Do this picture accurately show how horridly hot it was?!The ladies also set up this cute drink station with "Mom-osa"s!!The beautiful mama to be!!
