At the very beginning of the year I had the incredible opportunity to attend the first ever Halide workshop hosted by friend and fellow New England wedding film photographer Beth LaDuca. I have admired her work for years and have worked with her several times for our own family photos (check out some of our beautiful maternity images here!!)
I have to admit it’s been several years since I attended a workshop and invested in myself and my business. But what a creative jolt it was to be thrust into a community of like minded photographers and business owners. It was pure joy to stretch my creative muscles, to have the freedom to experiment, to make mistakes and to challenge myself.
I can’t say enough about Halide - Beth created a beautiful workshop and I would highly recommend the experience to anyone who would be interested!! Beth brought together an incredible team of teachers & creatives to provide a bespoke experience from our shooting time to the educational aspect to our delish meal together. I learned so much and I’m pleased to say that it was completely worth the investment!!
So you’re probably eager to get to the star of the show - the images. My hope is to bring all that I learned at Halide as wedding film photographer into my work this year. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did creating them!!
