Brandon and Katherine's wedding day was a special one for me, not only because I was incredibly excited to see them wed but because they were married at the same church Dave and I said "I Do," almost eight years ago! It was incredibly sentimental to watch as Katherine held the arm of her Father as they walked down the aisle, as Brandon hugged her Dad then leading Katherine to the altar, as they said their vows and as they shared their first kiss as a married couple. I felt as though I was transported back eight years to Friends and family would openly describe Brandon and Katherine as a carefree couple filled with warmth and love for those around them. Their wedding day on Boston's North Shore was filled with carefully picked details that matched their personalities perfectly. Delicate accents with a bit of whimsy and a touch of prep. But more than the centerpieces and dress choices, Brandon and Katherine's wedding day was filled with those who they loved. Their family and friends who have supported them from the beginning, came together once again to support them on their wedding day! It was beautiful to witness at Katherine's Dad, with tears in his eyes, recounted his favorite memories from her childhood or watch as Brandon twirled his Mom around the dance floor, smiling from ear to ear. Those are the moments that make me so incredibly proud and honored to be a wedding photographer, a joy that fills my heart!
