A Coastal Maine Portrait Session
I've known the Cole Family now for almost 10 years... WHAT? How does time fly??! Starting with a family of 11 they have certainly grown over the years as kids have married and had children of their own. Yet despite their growth and distance between them, this family of 20 (and counting) always manages to stay connected, involved in each others lives and filled with love. There's nothing quite like being surrounded by a close clan of 20, it sure is one wild ride! There is something truly special about this family and it makes me incredibly proud to know them and count them as friends.
Judy, who celebrated a birthday this month, was surprised by her children with a family portrait session on York Beach during the family's vacation. Despite the numbers we had an amazing and CALM time together, laughing and celebrating. It will be a rare occasion for this family to be all together again, so I know just how important these images are. A documentation of one big but happy family celebrating life together. Coles, I'm so honored to capture your amazing family, enjoy!..Right before they convinced me that I was about to be hit by a giant wave...The two who started it all...After we had the group shot, we split the family up into smaller family units. Meet Eli, Erica and Judah........Emily and Jay and sweet baby Lawrence......Billy and Morgan......Phoebe, Mark and Gideon......and of course Dave, Anna, Nia and Elias! All of the girls......And all of the guys. The amazing Cole sisters! I'm so glad we got to see them:)!And their adorable little kiddos. Finally we had to get Bill and Judy in front of the camera!I simply adore you Cole clan! What a gift you have in your amazing family!
