2020 brought many surprises despite the many unknowns. When shutdown first started in March there was a big question mark for the rest of the year and left me unsure if I’d even been working and doing what I love in 2020.

But to my amazement, my year was filled with families and couples celebrating milestones and growth. Babies, expectant Mamas, little ones, couples - session after a session I was left with immense gratitude towards my clients, thankful for the trust they shared with me to capture their families in a year filled with so much unknown.

And you know what the best part was? Even though things may have looked different with face masks and social distancing, Covid waivers and hand sanitizer (so much hand sanitizer), I think when you look at these images you don’t notice any of that. The happiness and joy that my clients expressed is what comes through and I just love that. I hope when they look back on these images they don’t remember all the precautions and protocols, they just remember the love.

I hope that I can adequately express what it means to me to have had your support this year. Thank you to everyone who entrusted me to capture their family memories. It was one of my greatest joys in 2020 to serve you and create artful memories you can share together for years to come.
