Boston Seaport Engagement Session

Aisling & RJ dreamed of an engagement session where Boston played a starring role. With sweeping views of Boston Harbor and the city skyline, Boston’s Seaport district was the perfect location to celebrate their love of this historic city.

On a beautiful fall evening, Aisling & RJ strolled the cobblestone lined path that follows the curves of the harbor. Soft, golden light beamed through the city skyline making it seem as if Boston was glowing itself. The city was showing off but it was Aisling & RJ who truly stole the show.

Boston is a favorite destination for couples looking to celebrate their engagement. And with it’s historic character and small city charm, it’s not hard to see why. For Aisling and RJ who fell in love in Boston, it will always hold a special place in their hearts.

Monica is a fiesty Colombian who keeps Mike on his toes. But that's one of the reasons why he loves her. Her zest for life brings out the best in Mike and when they are together, he lights up. They balance each other out, complimenting another in their weaknesses and strengths. Most importantly they like to have fun and they like to make each other laugh. And after all is said and done, that's what helps keep a relationship going strong!

My husband and I have known Mike and Monica for several years now, and have had the joy of watching their journey towards marriage. Being able to witness the beginning stages of their relationship till now as they move into the next stage of their life, has been so much fun. I can't wait to see what this next part of life has in store for these two:) This past weekend the four of us spent the afternoon wandering the neighborhood where Mike works, with a stop at Fenway Park, for their engagement session. And despite the frigid temperatures those smiles never left their faces, they were just happy to be with each other! Kenny & Megan's Castle Hill at Crane Estate Engagement Session

While they had known each other all throughout college, Megan and Kenny's love story began the night before graduation. Now two years later they spend their time split between romantic dates in the kitchen, cozy nights cuddling on the couch and outings with family and friends. Megan and Kenny are getting married next May and yet Megan has almost all of the planning done, fully intending to enjoy their engagement together, stress free. On Friday these two relaxed love birds spent the day wandering the property at Castle Hill at the Crane Estates wrapped in each others arms, enjoying each stress free moment.

A Preview of Kenny & Megan's Engagement at Castle Hill

You know you'll get along well with a couple when suddenly in the middle of shooting you start quoting lines from the Office (and they laugh at all your jokes;)). On Friday, Megan, Kenny and I walked the property of the BEAUTIFUL Castle Hill at the Crane Estate in Ipswich. Ben & Kristen's Engagement at Dorchester Heights in South Boston

Ben and Kristen have a sweet and simple love. Never was it more evident as we walked Dorchester Heights, a tender hand always lovingly placed on his sweetheart's back. Ben makes Kristen giggle infectiously. And all you can do is smile back. What a joy it is to be able to document the affection shared between this happy couple in love. Ben and Kristen I am so excited to document your special day in October!

Ohhh this rain! This rain has wrecked havoc on my shooting schedule! I've had to reschedule more engagement and portrait sessions than I'd like to admit. Even some multiple times! This weekend was no different, except for the fact that Dan and Nicole's wedding was on Saturday and you really can't reschedule a wedding! Luckily the rain held off until the last person had walked inside after the ceremony! Can you believe it? I can't wait to share more of their wedding with you, but for now enjoy this sneak peek from their wedding at the Coonamessett Inn!:)

Also from this past weekend is Ben and Kristen's engagement session at Dorchester Heights in South Boston. This place is SO cool and offers some amazing views of the Boston and Boston Harbor.
